同位素稀释—火花源质谱法测定环境土壤标样中微量元素
Determination of Trace Elements in Environmental Soil Standard Reference Material with ID-SSMS

摘要: 本工作采用同位素稀释火花源质谱法,建立了直接测定环境土壤标样中Cu、Sr、Mo、Ba、Pb、U、Ce、Nd、Yb九种微量元素的定量分析方法。本方法不需要标准参考物质,具有绝对测定的性质,这一特点对标准参考物质中微量元素的定值是非常重要的。为增加同时测定多元素的能力,又与内标法相结合,测定了La、Pr、Eu、Th四个元素。方法的可靠性经分析日本地质调查所的地质标样JB-1进行了验证。测定值与其它方法也基本符合,相对均方差为±4~16%。Abstract: An isotope dilution spark source mass spectrometric method (ID-SSMS)for quantitative determination of Cu, Sr, Mo, Ba, Pb, U, Ce, Nd and Ybnine trace elements in environmental soil standard reference material hasbeen developed. The ID-SSMS provides absolute analyses for trace elementswitkout the need of standard reference material. It is mainly used for pre-paring standard refernece materiald. The relative standard deviation is ±4-16%.
