黄柏果中挥发性成份的研究
Study on Volatile Components of the Fruit from Phellodendron Amurense Rupr

摘要: 报道了用同时蒸馏萃取装置 (SDE)提取黄柏树果实 -黄柏果中挥发性物质 ,测得黄柏果中挥发油的含量为 2 4 3 % ,用GC MS法从黄柏果挥发油中分离并确认出 2 3种化学成份 ,用峰面积归一化法通过G1 70 1BA化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成份在挥发油中的百分含量 ,其中主要成份为月桂烯( 3 6 3 2 % )、β-香茅醇 ( 2 5 3 0 % )、α -蒎烯 ( 1 4 0 5% )、蒈烯 ( 1 96% )、2 -甲基 -6-亚甲基 -1 ,7-辛 =烯 -3 -醇 ( 1 85% )、α -檀香萜烯 ( 1 72 % )、乙酸牦牛儿酯 ( 1 57% )、三环烯 ( 1 56% )、α -杜松醇 ( 1 4 3 % )、白昌烯 ( 1 2 1 % )。加入其他成份 ,共占总检出量的 95 71 %。Abstract: The volatile oil of the fruit from phellodendron Amurense Rupr.is obtained by simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment. The volatile oil is analyzed by GC/MS and about 23 compounds were founded. The constituents have been identified,the major ones being myrcene(36.32%),β-citronellol(25.30%),α-pinenc(14.05%),4-carene(1.96%),2-methyl-6-methylene-1,7-octadien-3-ol(1.85%),α-santalene(1.72%),Geranylacetate(1.57%),tricyclene(1.56%),α-cadinol(1.43%)and calarene(1.21%).
