Abstract: Solid phase micro extraction(SPME) is a solvent - free sample preparation technique in which a fused silica fiber coated with polymeric organic liquid is introduced into the sample. In this paper, a method of SPME coupled GC/MS analysis of profenofos in the water sample is introduced.
