色谱-质谱峰匹配技术测定一些酒类样品中四种挥发性N—亚硝基化合物

Determination of Trace Volatile N—Nitrosocompounds in White Spirit,Beer and Wine by GC alld Peak Matching Technique

  • 摘要: N-亚硝基化合物是公认的强致癌物质。我们曾研究和比较了四种质谱定量方法。本文采用其中一种方法即高分辨峰匹配技术测定了一些白酒、啤酒、葡萄酒共50份样品中四种N—亚硝基化合物的含量,并对其结果进行了讨论与评价。

     

    Abstract: N—Nitrosocompounds are well know carcinogens, we studied and compared four kinds of mass spectrometric methods for the determination of them. The method described here is based on above methods using high resolution peak matching technique which can be used to determine N—Nitrosocompounds in white spirit, beer and wine (50 samples altogether). The results were discussed and estimated.
