摘要: 本文研制了一种简易、廉价的GC/MS接口装置,并将其应用于大气漂尘中多环芳烃(PAH)的分析。漂尘样用KB—120型大气采样泵采集于玻璃纤维滤膜上,经超声提取,凝胶和硅胶色谱柱分离净化后,用GC/MS联用仪测定。应用该法定性检出了三十多种PAH,并对其中十二种主要PAH做了定量分析。检测下限为0.5~5ng,线性范围1~2000ng,样品回收率75.3~98.5%,变动系数1.7~7.9%。Abstract: A simple ar, d low-price GC/MS interface has been developed and utilized to measure PAHs in airborne particulate samples. Samples were collected on glass fiber filters using volumn sampier. The filters were ultrasonie-extrtcted using benzene' and extractable matter was isolated on silica gel and sephadex LH—20 column chromatography. The PAH fraction was concentrated and injected into the GC/MS system. More than 30 PAHs were identified and 12 PAHs were quantitated in air sample,The limit of detection is 0.5—2ng. The linear range is 1—2000ng. The recoveries are varied between 75.3—98.5%. The standard deviation is 1.7—7.9%.
