Abstract: This paper redisccused the sensitivity check of IMMA at a differentangle. The theoretical research, the external experimental diagram and a lotof new experiments by the LT-1A Ion Microprobe Mass Analyzer made inChina, are all very useful. From the above we do not think that the conclu-sions of literature 2 is correct.
