Abstract: GC/MS is used to analyze the fatty acid methyl ester of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata. In this paper, 86 kinds of components has been separated out, 33 kinds of them being fatty acid methyl ester. Some methods used in processing of MS data is introduced according to our experiences.
