摘要: 本文讨论了负热电离质谱法（NTIMS）测定Re和Os同位素组成中氧同位素校正的思路和方法，并用实验验证了在进杆氧同位素校正时应按等概率模型进行计算。Abstract: This paper discusses the method on oxygen corrections in Negative Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry (NTIMS) determination of rhenium and osmium. Results of the experiment shows that equi-probabi1ity model should be used in oxygen corrections.
