Determination of RE Trace in Nuclear Materials by Isotope Dilution Mass Spectrometry(IDMS)

  • 摘要: 本文简述了核材料中微量稀土分析的重要性及同位素稀释质谱法(IDMS)测定稀土的原理、特点和优越性,介绍了近二十年来国内外微量稀土常用的分析方法,重点是IDMS的应用现况,给出了测定灵敏度、误差和主要分析程序。本文还全面介绍核材料中微量稀土的分离富集方法,并主要阐述了IDMS测定稀土的最佳条件、难点及其解决方法。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the importance of determination of RE trace in nuclearmaterials and the principle, characteristic and advantage of their determina-tion by IDMS are described briefly. In addtion, a review of the methodsused at home and abroad for determination of RE trace in recent 20 years ispresented. With some examples, the discussion is focused on the applicationof IDMS for RE determination in nuclear and other materials. Fundamentalparameters, such as sensitivity, error and main analytical procedures aregiven. The methods of separation and concentration of RE trace in nuclearmaterials are discussed in detail. Emphasis is put on the optimum condition,the difficulty and the way of solving in connection with the application ofIDMS for RE determination.
