Abstract: The Organic acids in tender bud on stem of sugar cane have been extrac-ted by using various solvents. By means of capillary GC-MS, 28 compoundshave been identified. These compounds involve aliphatic monobasic, dibasicand tribasic acids, and aromatic acids. The mass spectrum of trimethyl aconita-te was significant difference from data of literature. Its fragmentationcharacter have also been discussed.
