粉末样品中某些杂质元素的同位素稀释二次离子质谱定量分析方法的研究

A Study on Quantitative Method for Analysing Some Impurities in Powder Samples with ID-SIMS

摘要: 在CAMECA IMS—300型和IMS—3F型离子探针上,探索了将稀释剂直接加入粉末样品中,对Y_2O_3中的Fe、Ni、Cu和Al_2O_3中的B进行定量分析的方法,报道了实验结果和存在问题。

Abstract: A quantitative analysis method for Fe, Ni, Cu in Y_2O_3 Powder and B in Al_2O_3 powder was studied by CAMECA IMS-300 and IMS-3F with Isotope Dilution Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (ID-SIMS). In this method the spike solutions were added into Y_2O_3 powder and Al_2O_3 powder respectively. The results and present problems are reported in this paper.
