Abstract:
Seven narcotic agents (Codeine, Dihydrocodeine, Carboxy-THC, Benzoylecgonine, 6-acetylmorphine, Morphine, and Oxycodone) were simultaneously screened by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupling with electron impact ionization source. The urine sample was enzymatically hydrolysised and then purified by HLB Oasis solid prepared extraction column, the analytes after derivatization were completely separated by HP-5MS column (25 m×0.2 mm×0.33 μm thickness) in linear temperature program, methyltestosterone as internal standard. The relative recovery of analytes spiked in blank urine at high, middle and low level concentration ranged from 75% to 123%. The limit of detection for target analytes was 5 mg/L. The method is simple, rapid and reliable. It is suitable for routine analysis in human urine.
