Abstract: Quantitative analysis of Ethyl ester of acetic acid(A), butanoic acid(B), lactic acid(L), Pentanoic acid(p) and hexanoic acid(H) in three Chinese Spirits(Bai, Lu, Er) was performed with GC-MS. The result shows that There are more A, H, B, P in Bat, more A, L, H in Lu and little ester in Er.
