电子轰击型离子源中抑制H3+的几点思考

Several Ideas of Restraining H3+ in EI Ion Source

  • 摘要: 分析了在电子轰击型(EI)离子源中,磁场、进样量、阴极电流和阴极电压等4种主要仪器设备条件对产生H3+的影响,在实验中得到较好的验证,并得到H3+在4种条件下的基本影响趋势。本研究对使用低分辨率质谱计分析天然氢同位素时,EI离子源参数的调节和进样量的选取具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The influence on the production of H3+ was analyzed under four main conditions: magnetic field, inlet sample quantity, cathode current and cathode voltage. The analysis result was well validated by experiment data. The basic influence trend of producing H3+ was got under four conditions. The conclusions were instructive to adjust the parameters of EI ion source and sampling quantity in analyzing natural hydrogen isotope by using low resolution mass spectrometer.
