Abstract
The volatile components in Antrodia camphorata of different batches, different cultivation methods and different manufacturers were separated and identified by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HSGC/MS) and their fingerprints were established. The contents of the components were determinated by area normalization method. 2-methyl-propanal was used as a reference standard, the chromatographic fingerprint was determined, and the degree of different fingerprint patterns was calculated to compare the similarity of samples. 39, 34, 35, 27 and 41 volatile components are identified in Taiwan Antrodia camphorata powder, Taiwan Antrodia camphorata powder with higher triterpenoid content, Antrodia camphorata capsule, the basswood cultivated Antrodia camphorata sporophore and Guangdong Antrodia camphorata powder, respectively. There are 13 common components in the five kinds of Antrodia camphorata. HSGC/MS fingerprints with 11 common peaks of Antrodia camphorata powder were established preliminarily. The method provides the valuable materials for quality assessment of Antrodia camphorata powder.
