Abstract
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) have carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic. The method of rapid, efficient and green to detect the amount of migration of PAHs in water food simulations and 3% acetic acid food was developed by chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) using an automated solid phase microextraction (SPME). Under optimizing extraction conditons, such as extraction time, extraction temperature, desorption time, agitation speed and ion strength, good linearity, recovery and precision were obtained. The linearity range is in the range of 0.01—5.0 μg/L. The linearity correlation coefficients of 16 kinds of PAHs are between 0.997 9 and 0.999 7. The average recovery and RSDs are 73.47%—117.6% and 2.72%—14.70%, respectively. The method is suitable for determination of 16 PAHs from food contacting material.
