Rapid Identification of Components from Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma Based on UPLC/Q-TOF MS

  • The components of Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma were identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF MS). Using Aquity UPLC/Q-TOF micro system gradient elute with water-acetonitrile mobile phase under positive mode of ESI; data were analyzed by Masslynx4.1 software. Twenty-four peaks in chromatogram of Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma were analyzed,and 20 kinds of components were identified. Rapid identification of components from Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma was carried out by UPLC/Q-TOF MS, which will be an effective device in analysis of compositions research in traditional Chinese medicine.
