Analysis of Volatile Components From Flower and Leaf of Syringa Oblata Lindl. by GC/MS

  • The simultaneous distillation-extractor is used for extracting the volatile substances in flower and leaf of Syringa oblata lindl. The average oil yields obtained from the flower and leaf are 1.80% and 1.26%, respectively. The sixteen and twenty-three species of chemical components in flower and leaf are identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS ). The contents of the identified compounds extracted from flower and leaf are 95.87% and 96.70% of the total volatile substances, respectively.
