System Stability of the Isotope Mass Spectrometers

System stability (Ss) is one of the most important specifications of the Isotope mass spectrometer (IMS). It influences the quality of the data detected by the IMS directly. Two main factors of geometrical parameter and electrical parameter are discussed which make the Ss specification bad.
