Abstract
The gain and receiving efficiency of every amplifier and Faraday cup of a solid isotope mass spectrometry with Faraday cup multicollector are calibrated by standard voltage method and peak jumping curve fitting method, respectively. The results show that the standard uncertainties of the two techniques are 0.0015% and 0.023%, respectively. These can fulfil the requirements of calibration.
