Identification of Fatty Acids Composition and Type in Silkwormpupa Oil by GC/MS and NMR

  • Silkwormpupa oil was extracted by alkali liquor. Fatty acid in silkwormpupa oil was modified by methyl esters.The compositions and type of fatty acids were determined by GC/MS and NMR. 15 compositions in silkwormpupa oil are characterized and determined.The relative content of unsaturated fatty acids is 71.20%.Linolenic acid is nearly 32.06%. Existing forms are mainly fatty acids glycerin ester.
