Study on Volatile Components of the Fruit from Phellodendron Amurense Rupr

  • The volatile oil of the fruit from phellodendron Amurense Rupr.is obtained by simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment. The volatile oil is analyzed by GC/MS and about 23 compounds were founded. The constituents have been identified,the major ones being myrcene(36.32%),β-citronellol(25.30%),α-pinenc(14.05%),4-carene(1.96%),2-methyl-6-methylene-1,7-octadien-3-ol(1.85%),α-santalene(1.72%),Geranylacetate(1.57%),tricyclene(1.56%),α-cadinol(1.43%)and calarene(1.21%).
