Determination of Ultra-trace Lanthanum in Rats Liver by Microwave Digestion ICP-MS

s A microwave digestion ICP-MS method for direct determination of ultra-trace Lanthanum in rats liver was developed.Rapid and Complete dissolution of the rats liver was achieved with a mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid by microwave digestion. The detection limit of Lanthanum is 0 007 ng/mL,the recoveries for spiking Samples are 96% to 103%,RSD are 1 8% to 2 7%,respectively.
