Determination and Identification of Veterinary Drug Residues in Chicken Meat by HPLC/ESI/MS/MS

  • The determination and identification method for the thiabendazole(TBZ), 5-OH thiabendazole(5-OH TBZ) and 2-Aminosulfone albendazole(2-Aminosulfone ALB) residues in chicken meat by HPLC/ESI/MS/MS was repored. The qualitative results are presented by the daughter ions from molecular ions M+H﹢ of each target compound. The detective limit of the method is 0.01mg/kg for TBZ and 5-OH TBZ, 0.02mg/kg for 2-Aminosulfone ALB. The average recoverary is from 83% to 104% (n=10, the concentration of each compound is 0.02mg/kg to 1.0mg/kg).
