Application of GC/HRMS in Doping Control Analysis

By using high-resolution GC/HRMS in doping control analysis to detect the low concentration drugs (17α-methyl-5β-androstan-3α, 17β-diol; 19-norandrosterone; 3'-OH-stanozolol; epimetendiol; clenbuterol ) in urine samples, the detection limit was down from 10 ng/mL to 1～2 ng/mL.
