The Measurement of Trace Elements in Environmental Samples by isotope Dilution Mass Spectrometry

In this paper,the principle and characteristics of Isotope Dilution Mass Spectrometry method are descripted.The application of IDMS on the analysis of environmental samples in the past years is introduced.And the differences on the different digestion methods in the sample preparation are compared,the differences between TI-IDMS and ICP-IDMS are discussed.At last we prospect the foreground of IDMS
