Development of On-line System with Nitrogen-made Device in Vacuum Thermal Decomposition Method and Isotope Mass Spectrometer

  • To meet the measurement requirements in agriculture, medical, biology, environment and commodity analysis field, a special used on-line system with nitrogen-made device and isotope mass spectrometer was developed. Nitrogen is obtained in vacuum thermal decomposition method and purified with cold trap plus furnace. Main part of mass spectrometer is permanent magnet. The system is developed independently, and we have proprietary intellectual property rights. Analysis mass range is 10-80 u. Measured mass resolution is 75(5% peak high) and measured sensitivity is 0.1 A mbar-1 (for CO2). It could meet demands of medium and bottom users.
