Identification of Essential Oil from the Flower of Evonymus Joponica by GC/MS

Evonymus joponica Thunb. belongs to the pant of Celastraceae and spreads in China broad. The root of this plant is used as medicine usually. It can regulate menstrual cycle and clear up blood lump. The whole plant is often cultivated as green fence. The flower blossoms from June to July. During this time the flower can attract a lot of the fly of Lucitia sericata, even the flower covered by fly. This phenomenon is strange and is interested by us. Because the components of the flower have not been reported as yet, we identified them by means of GC/MS.
