LOW-BLANK CHEMICAL SEPARATION OF RE AND OS FROM SULFIDE ORE FOR MEASUREMENT BY ICP-MS

  • The chemical procedure of reverse aqua-regia decomposition of sulfide ore hash been developed. Total analytical blanks for the procedure were 0.05ng for Os and 0.06ng for Re. The chemical recovery of the molybdenite were 89-94% for Os and 99-101% for Re.
