A Experimental Procedure for Measuring Content of Gas by Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer
A new experimental procedure for measuring content of gas with quadrupole mass spectrometer was advanced. The error due to instrument status shift could corrected through this procedure in real-time. This procedure and other two usual procedures were used to measure the contents of air components. The result shows that the data from this procedure are rather better than those from the other two.
