Comparison Between FAB and ESI-CID MS/MS of Sarcovagine Compounds

Abstract
In this paper we studied the collision induced dissociation(CID) conditions,involving the MS/MS fragmentation effects by different ionization mode(FAB and ESI).The different CID spectra are obtained by using different laboratory frame collising energys and accelerating voltages,and different reaction gases (Xe and CH 4) on the ions M+H + of sarcovagine compounds.The conclusionis:the CID spectra mainly depend on collision energy,whereas also associated with the initial energy of mother ion and reaction gas.
