Applications of Computers to the Design of Charged Particle Spectrographs

Abstract
The computer programs are described for the design of charged particlespectrographs. The present paper includes two parts: (1) The calculating me-thods and computer programs of the trajectory, the envelope enclosing beam andthe focusing properties for the charged particle in the electric-magnetir field(such as TRANSPORT, RAYTRACE); (2) The calculating methods and programsof the distribution of the electric-magnetic field (such as TRIM). Here someexamples for application are mentioned.
