The Determination of Dilsulfide Bond in Recombinant Human Tumor Necrosis Factor

A new method was established to count the number of disulfide bonds by dynamic screen-the procedure of the reduction of protein with mercaptoethanol by electrospray mass spectrometry. The number of disulfide bond in recombinant human tumor necrosis factor was well determined, which gives out a new way to distinguish the normal rhTNF and the reconstructed one.
