Determination of 15 Trace Rare Earth Elements in Wheat by Microwave Digestion ICP-MS
An ICP-MS method for direcd determination of 15 trace rare earth elements in wheat was developed. Rapid and Complete dissolution of wheat was achieved by microwave digestion procedure with Concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The detection limits are 6. 5pg/ml-24. 0 pg/ml,the recoveries for spiking samples are 95% -104%,RSD are 2. 1%-3.9%. This method is rapid,sensitive and accurate.
