Analysis of Recombinant Proteins by Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization/TOF-Mass Spectreometry

The molecular weight determination of recombinatnt human EGF, TNF, G-CSF,GM-CSF, IL-3 and bFGF by MALDI/TOF-MS are reported. α-cyano-4-hydroxycinnamic acid is used as matrix. Most of the RSD are less then 0. 3%. The signal can be obtained at the low femtomole sample level.
