Analysis of Control and Measure Software for MAT Isotope Mass Spectrometer

The paper described the analysis of the control and measure software of MAT isotope mass spectrometer; introduced the instruction codes of GPIB interface,explained the application of the codes OUTPUT and ENTER in detail;introduced the control process of the software in some examples and showed some subprograms of controls and measures to the MAT261. It will be helpful to the technician of MAT isotope mass spectrometer.
