Multi-Functional Program for Spark Source Mass Spectrometry

A program for spark source mass spectrometry is presented in which theway of answering inquiry offered by computer is adopted and varied dataprocessing can be carried out by means of different answering way. Theprogram can automatically seek isotope abundance, average atomic weight,relative sensitivity coefficient and elemental symbol, and result in data pro-cessing and print of results. The program is also applied to distingushingoverlapping spectral lines of interesting elements and printing out elementalsymbols, concentrations and analytical limits of impurity.
