Study on the Chemical Components of Volatile Oil of Elsholtzia Stauntonii Benth

In this paper, 25 components in volatile oil of Elsholtia Stauntonii Benth wereidentified by GC/MS. The main components in volatile oil were 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a -hexahydro-8a-methy1 - 2 1H- Azuleneone and Thymol, and some new componentswere first found from Elsholtzia. The components and the content of this volatile oilobviously differ from that of recordation in literature.
