Spectra Matching and Pattern Recognition Technique for Computer Elucidation of Mass Spectra

Recent studies on library search and pattern recognition methods which arecommonly used in computer-aided interpretation of mass spectra have beenreviewed. The basic principles of them are briefly discussed. The evaluationof performance of some typical systems have also been given.
