Analysis of Cryptotanshinone by Electron Spray Ionization Mass Spectrometry and Electron Ionization Mass Spectrometry

Abstract
Electron Spray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS) and Electron Ionization Mass Spectrometry (EI-MS) were used to elucidate the structure and fragmentation pathway of Cryptotanshinone(CT). Ion peak m/z 296M+、281、268、253、235、225 were detected by EI-MS, and m/z 297M+H+、268、254、251 were detected by ESI-MS. The fragmentation pathway of CT was explained by the program of Mass Frontier 3.0.
