The Progress of Chemical Derivatization Combining with GC/MS(I)

A general review is presented to introduce the recent development ofchemical derivatization, which in combining with GC/MS, has been appliedinto many important aspects of bio-organic chemistry, including prostagran-dins, thyroid hormous, steroids, fatty acids, carbohydrates, nucleosidesand nucleotides. Moreover, some information and discussions about thetrends of this technique are mentioned in the paper as well.
