Using ESI-MS, adding of different weight yellow wine and different roasting temperature of prepared Coptidis Rhizoma were investigated. The results were that the influence adding of different weight yellow wine on the content of alkaloids was little, but the roasting temperature was reverse. This study offers a perspective of the technique of prepared Coptidis Rhizoma .
