Analysis of the Main Components and Their Interactions from Puluodi Injection by Mass Spectrometry

In order to explain the reason why the clinical effects of “Puluodi” are better than those of cerebroprotein hydrolysate and troxerutin injections used individually, the components of “Puluodi” were analysed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and cold-spray ionization mass spectrometry, as well as amino acid analysis. The existing state of the main components such as the interaction between amino acids and troxerutin was studied emphatically.
