Abstract
Investigating progress of hydrogen release during plastic deformation and hydrogen diffusivity under high vacuum, hydrogen distribution in hulks and hydride formation at crack tips, hydrogen segregation at grain boundaries and quantitative hydrogen analysis have been presented using Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy (SIMS).
