Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Method for the Determination the Release of N-Nitrosamines from Latex

We establish a method of determination of the release of N-nitrosamines from latex using GC/MS-SIM. The lower limit of quantification of NDEA，NPYR，NDBA and NDPA are 2，5，1，100 ng/mL. Extraction recovery are more than 85%; with day RSD are less than 5% and inter-day RSD are less than 15%. This method can be used for the determination the release of N-nitrosamines from latex .
