Analysis of Volatile Components of Brassica rapa pekinensis L. by SPME-GC/MS

  • The solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) method was used for extracting the volatile substances in Brassica rapa pekinensis L. 30 kinds of chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The main compounds extracted are secbutyl cyclopentyl sulfide, butanenitrile, benzene isothiocyanate, cyclopentyl isothiocyanate and other glucosinolates breakdown compounds were also found in Chinese cabbage.
