Determination of Ten Sensitizing Disperse Dyes in Textile Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric method(HPLC-MS/MS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of ten sensitizing disperse dyes in textile．The sample was extracted by methanol, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The results indicate that the method is easier，faster and more sensitive by mass spectrometry as detertor. The linear range is 1-100 mg L^－1.
