Analysis of CaImabis SatiVe from Different Places in Xinjiang by GC ＆ GC/Ms

The Chemical constituents of 9 cannbis samples from different places of origin In Xinjiang area were detected by GC and GC/MS, seventeen constituents amounting to above 70% of the total peak area have been identified. The relationship between composition and geographical origin of cannabis has been found. The Informations obtained from this work may tap the plant resources and have a forensic application in the illicit traffic of cannabis.
