Identification of Common Origin of Hair Specimen by SSMS

By using the internal standard method of spark source mass spectrometry,thirty trace elements in human hair have been analysed. We have also demon-strated a concentration ratio comparison technique which is used to identifythe common origin of hair sample from a mixed series and observe the diffe-rential between hair samples from different donors. The experimantal resultsagree with statistical expectation.
