Mass Spectrometric Analysis of Gas in Metal

The composition analysis results of gas in metal SPecimen by means of pinpole conductance and quadrupole mass spectrometer are described. Some specimens are metal materials with pores in it, the others are pore-free. The composition and volumes of the gas in both kinds of specimen have been compared.
